[liphp] Spam domains

Who is the keeper of this list?  There are some major domains on here. 
I think you are much better off starting your own list and not going by
the From: address of the domain, rather run something like spamassassin
or the like to create a database and rule based checking.  When was the
last time the From address of a spam actually came from that address,
remember there is no authentication or checking of the From: address in
SMTP.  Anyone can masqurade as anyone they want.
